HUNTAVENUE Rewards is optional. Booking with us does not require earning or redeeming points, and redemption is never obligatory.
- Participation in HUNTAVENUE Rewards is entirely optional and complimentary.
- You do not need to join the programme, earn points, or redeem rewards to book venues or use HUNTAVENUE’s services.
- Redeeming points is optional and entirely at your discretion; you are never obliged to redeem.
- Rewards are a discretionary goodwill benefit and do not form part of any booking contract or fee entitlement.
- Points are awarded once the event has taken place and HUNTAVENUE has received payment from the venue.
- Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are awarded.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- HUNTAVENUE reserves the right to amend or withdraw the rewards programme at any time.
